Jed Anderson recieves halfpipe gold medal today at the Canadian open at Canada Olympic Park. This is the first halfpipe event ever to hit Canada Olympic Park, the first time they've ever had a halfpipe actually, and boy was it terrible. But Jed, taking his first runs into the halfpipe ever in his life, managed to beat out a playing field of heavy hitters including the former Dallas Cowboy backup offensive lineman and all around snowboard mega star Chaz Guildemund.
